Failure

Wont startup automatically, despite settings. Futhermore, it freezes routinely and wont even respond to manual refresh. Im running this on a Macbook Pro with Mac OS X 10.8 installed and 16gb of RAM, so I doubt it is a hardware issue. Wish I could get a refund.
